What Our Support Service Covers
We only support our Products, sold on Ordernow.ug and through our App. Our Support Service includes assistance with Product delivery, order placement, and use of website. If you need help on prices, offline ordering, product specifications and use Please first call us for clarity. Your question might have been answered already in our FAQ please check before contacting us. If it hasn’t, please submit a request for support on call or on our website contact us page or email support@ordernow.ug.
Out of stock products are purchaced on back orders with an offline phone call or electronic communication atleats 8 hours before delivery. We don’t gurantee delivery of such items. If you spot a fatal error on our website or app and are using the latest versions of all, please report to us on call, whatsapp or email +256752819714 our Helpdesk will handle it instantly.
At Ordernow.ug, we offer support when your phone is using the latest release of the core Ordernow app (and the main website link), and the previous two before that.
We do not give general commerce support like price inquiries or support for specification on products that we don’t have posted on our platforms. You can find resources and answers around web and google

If for some reason you cannot locate what you need on our website or app, We provide delivery services on requested items given that you will be liable for transportation charges and pre-pay for the items prior delivery
